Hi Tom,

I have two properties that I would like to submit in Alexandria, but I am not quite finished getting the contract yet (possibly in a couple of days more).

What is the deadline for property submission, and what information will be required for a pre-look over by Robyn?

If possible, I would even like her to help me analyse it to see if I did everything right (I have been off both to the high and to the low ends before…) in the ARV and in the price I am asking for it.

We’ll work on it for the future. Robyn will be covering repair estimates for all levels of renovations, so what you’ll learn on this bus trip will apply to any deals you do in Northern Virginia also.
