I don’t live in the Washington DC area, can I still use this system?
Absolutely! This system is not region specific. The web address and your 800 number work coast-to-coast, so you can just as easily take advantage of our great system whether you live in California or New York or anywhere in between. Your unique extension number identifies you, so it doesn’t matter where in the nation you live or where the calls are coming from, our system will let you easily capture and manage the leads.
In regards to the monthly call center minutes, at what point are the calls timed?
Calls get timed only when connected to a live operator. If the caller chooses to listen to the recorded FAQs first, there is no charge for that. This is a huge benefit as these prerecorded FAQs eliminate the tire-kickers and answer many basic seller questions.
What is the charge for extra live operator time if I exceed my allotted live operator included minutes?
Extra minutes for live operator time are charged to at $1 per minute. The operator script is streamlined so that the live operator doesn’t spend longer on the phone than needed. This helps keeps the time spent down as well as makes for a better negotiation, as if the lead has potential, the investor can call back and not just be repeating all the same questions as they build rapport with the seller.
How are the live operator charges calculated?
Billing does not start until the caller chooses to speak with an operator. Average call time is just under 3 minutes (although there have been some calls longer with difficult callers or language/accent barriers).
Please note that the service includes a FREE pre-recorded message that answers the frequently asked questions and therefore eliminates 90% of the tire kickers so they don’t talk with the operators. This lowers your per minute usage.
Does the call center handle Spanish speaking motivated sellers?
Yes, our service includes 24-7 Spanish (it’s a very *rare* feature to have a 24/7 bilingual call center specializing in real estate)
How long does it take to get things up and running?

Can you import an Excel database of existing leads in to the contact management system?

Yes, you can forward an existing 800, toll free, or any other type of number to our service. How to do this depends on which provider you are using for your existing number. Each provider will vary, so a user will have to ask their provider for specifics on how to accomplish this.
