Excellent question. The benefits of Traction REIA® membership still have excellent value even if you do not live in our areas or cannot attend all of the in-person meetings. Our ONLINE events will provide you great training and opportunities to connect with other like-minded investors. Membership also gets you access to special members-only discounts at national suppliers such as The Home Depot®, OfficeMax®/OfficeDepot®, and many others, to name just a few of the many discounts available. You also have access to the “members only” discussion board so you can meet active investors online and build you network and buyers list.
Yes! Traction REIA® is a long-standing member of National REIA and the only official Chapter for our focus zones of Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Tampa & Sarasota.
National REIA assists with the development of both federal and state lobbying efforts to help curb legislation that is harmful to investors.
All groups are different and independent. We have many Traction REIA® members who are also members of other groups. The decision is based on if you want the extra bonuses of Traction REIA® Membership, including access to our custom suite of Artificial Intelligence tools for real estate investors. Even with some overlap, the exclusive Traction REIA® benefits can make it well worth it.
