Who’s behind Traction REIA®
We weren’t born into real estate investing—and we didn’t build Traction REIA® from a marketing plan. We were members first. Back then, we knew absolutely nothing about real estate investing. This group is what helped us cut our teeth, get our first real traction, and eventually leave our 9–5 jobs behind. In 2008, the previous leadership—ready to retire—asked us to take over. We said yes. And we’ve been running Traction REIA® with love ever since.

Tom Zeeb is a real estate investor, educator, and president of Traction REIA®. He leads the community with a simple bias: execution beats theory. Tom is known for clear frameworks and direct coaching that helps investors build deal flow, negotiate confidently, and operate like professionals—because real results come from consistent action, not random bursts of motivation.

Because we’ve lived the transformation personally. Traction REIA® wasn’t “nice to have” for us—it was the turning point. So we run this group the way we wished every REIA operated: practical training, real connections, and a consistent monthly rhythm that moves investors from learning… to doing.
